MAJOR SPOILERS FOR SEASON 5 PROBABLY NOT THO Theres a scene where elizabeth is talking with bartra about the time she climbed up the tree and healed him after he fell trying to save her, she spoke about it like she knew, she even said that she has a fringe to hide the other eye, clearly she doesnt know about her magic as she was confused when everyone was healed though
